I’ve teamed up with my friends at Quill for some hacks to make your travel easier this holiday season…
Traveling by air is pretty devoid of the romance that it used to once have. There used to be meals and unlimited checked bags. There used to be room to stretch your legs and even maybe snacks and helpful attendants.
But a lot of that romance has gone by the wayside. Airlines have crunched their numbers and crunched their offerings to the point where luggage, food, space, and yes, any romance, are completely gone from flights. Now it’s all about enduring the time on a plane, it seems.
But there can be a better way to go about airline time, whether it’s a single trip a year or a more frequent schedule. What needs to happen is figuring out a way to take advantage of the perks that still do exist. For example, an airline credit card can pay you points that you can redeem for add-ons. What else can you do? This graphic explains it.
