I’m Wendra and I’m a holistic health coach.
I completed my training from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I studied over 100 different dietary theories as well as how our relationships, career, exercise, and spirituality shape our choices in what we eat.
I’ve also been a flight attendant for over 25 years. I know firsthand the challenges of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and immune system while traveling. If you travel frequently (or just occasionally for fun) I can help you incorporate wellness while on the road.
I believe we are all different, and one way of eating doesn’t work for everyone. I can help you manage your weight, find more energy, detox, prevent disease and combat stress. Together we’ll take small manageable steps to accomplish a lifestyle (not a diet) that works for you.
