I’d like to introduce you to molecular hydrogen. I’ve been reading and learning about molecular hydrogen for the past year. What is it exactly? What’s the Best Way to Ingest it?
I have a Trusii H2 Elite X machine at home, but obviously this doesn’t work well for travel. The easiest way to take H2 is in tablet form. Just drop 1 or 2 tablets into a glass of room temperature water and drink immediately. Ideally, you would want to take H2 about every 2-3 hours during flight (what I do), but you may want to experiment with what makes you feel best.
