Moringa, superfood

I’m excited to announce that I’m a guest blogger for Kuli Kuli this week! I’d like to introduce you to their super green, moringa. Moringa is one of the most nutritious plants in the world and is a good source of iron, beta-carotene, potassium and calcium. Moringa leaves contain all nine amino acids which makes it a  complete protein and is more nutritious than kale.
